Cannonball House

Information

Built around 1765, the Cannonball House is the home of the Lewes Historical Society’s maritime museum and exhibits a number of nationally important pieces of art and memorabilia. Many people visit Lewes to see the famous cannonball still lodged in the brick outside the house.

Operating Hours

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am until 4 pm.

Winter hours do take effect in the off season, so call ahead to confirm.
